Processing Time

Because every VESLO item is made to order, please allow 2–8 business days for production before your order ships. This is how we keep things fresh, waste-free, and made just for you.

Please note: these are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners. Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.

 

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving the notification.

 

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon delivery. These are set by your country's government and are the responsibility of the buyer. VESLO is not able to predict or control these charges.
